Returns and Refunds
At Delhi Furniture Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your furniture, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. Custom-made or personalized furniture items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with no signs of use or damage
- In original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included
- Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or other signs of use
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large furniture items, we recommend using a professional shipping service. Please contact us before arranging return shipping to receive instructions and our return address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your location and payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, standard return policies will apply.
Custom Orders
Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will notify you when production starts, typically within 2-3 business days of order placement.
