We currently ship furniture throughout India. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional shipping charges may apply.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made furniture may require 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Delhi NCR: 3-7 business days
Other locations: 10-21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer:

Standard shipping for most items
White glove delivery service available for large furniture items (additional charges apply)

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

Someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery
The delivery path is clear and accessible
Elevators are available for upper-floor deliveries (or stairs are accessible)
Doorways and hallways can accommodate the furniture dimensions

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at delhifurnituremarket@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or access issues, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within India only.
